For Applicants
MSCL House is a supportive sober living environment for men recovering from substance use disorders. We provide safe, affordable housing and access to resources that help residents rebuild their lives and achieve lasting sobriety.
Residents must be male, 18 years or older, actively in recovery, and currently alcohol- and drug-free. They must also have a strong desire for sustained recovery and be self-directed in their recovery program.
We offer a clean, comfortable living environment with shared bedrooms, kitchen appliances, bedding, household supplies, computer and Wi-Fi access, TVs with cable, and a house manager for support. Additional programs include financial literacy, wellness activities, and education or vocational training.
We provide resources and funding for medical, dental, and behavioral health services, physical fitness programs, nutrition assistance, financial education, and vocational training.
Residents are required to:
- Abide by a zero-tolerance policy (no drugs, alcohol, or weapons).
- Engage in productive activities such as employment, education, or volunteer work.
- Attend recovery support meetings.
- Maintain and contribute to house upkeep.
- Submit to random drug and alcohol testing.
Yes! Residents have access to fitness programs, outdoor recreation, and wellness classes designed to support physical and mental health during recovery.
Resident fees are $420 per month, which includes utilities and home provisions. A one-time, non-refundable administrative fee of $100 is also required.

Yes, donors can designate their contributions to specific funds, ensuring 100% of the money supports the intended purpose. Available funds include:
- Where Needed Most – Unrestricted funds for high-priority projects.
- Sober Living Program – Covers daily operational expenses for sober homes.
- Wellness Fund – Supports health services and wellness activities.
- Compassion Fund – Provides educational, legal, and emergency assistance.
- M$A Program Fund – Supports the Matching $avings Account program, paired with financial literacy courses
