MSCL House Requirements

Male, 18 years and older.

Has a strong desire for sustained recovery.

Is in active recovery and is currently alcohol and drug free.

Self-directed in his recovery program.

What Does MSCL House Provide?

A qualified house manager.

A clean, comfortable home setting with shared bedrooms.

Located near bus routes, employment, and other community resources.

Complete home furnishings.

Kitchen appliances and accessories.

Bed, bedding and bath towels.

A closet area, laundry hamper, and dresser.

Computer and Wi-fi internet access.

TVs and cable service.

General household supplies.

MSCL House Fees

Resident fees are $420 per month, payable in advance.

One-time, non-refundable administrative fee of $100.

Fees are all inclusive of utilities and use of all home provisions.

MSCL House Expectations

Abide by zero-tolerance policy – no drugs, alcohol, or weapons allowed on the premises.

Engage in productive activities – employment, education, or volunteer work.

Attend recovery support meetings.

Submit to random alcohol and drug testing.

Participate in productive activity.

Maintain and keep up house and property.

Comply with probation or outpatient treatment program.

Attend MSCL House meeting.

Timely payment of rent.

Demonstrate respect and consideration for fellow residents and neighbors.
